Sometimes we clean the entire house or apartment before or after a move, other times we’re doing individual rooms like a bathroom or kitchen that can take an excessive amount of time. We will discuss pricing over the phone and work with you as best as possible.

Q. What needs to be cleaned in order to get the security deposit?

The 5 primary places that you need to clean to get your security deposit back are

floors need to be broom swept or vacuumed
surfaces like bathroom and kitchen countertops or stovetops
bathtubs and sinks need to be near spotless
clean out the fridge of food and wipe up any spills or stains
remove all belongings, including all things you don’t want like old couches, and don’t leave any trash behind

Other items that may need to be addressed to get your full security deposit back:
